Almond & Cashew butter protein balls
Ingredients:
Almond Balls
2 Tablespoons of Almond butter
1 tablespoon of honey
1 Scoop (30g) of Protein powder - I used PhD Diet whey Chocolate flavour
2 Tablespoons of mixed seeds
Cashew Balls
2 Tablespoons of Cashew butter
1 Tablespoon of honey
1 Scoop 930g) of Protein powder - I used Super Protein Blueberry flavour
2 Tablespoons of mixed seeds
Method:
Mash the 2 table spoons of the butter in a bowl. If the butter has oil in it, pour that in too. Stir in the honey and make sure it's all mixed in. Add the protein powder. Some protein may be quite dry, so you may need to add a little more honey, or zap it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
Once the protein is completely mixed in, add the seeds, then roll a small mixture in the palm of your hands to create the balls.
Each mixture should make about 8 balls.
Warning! They are so delicious and cause you to make crazy looking faces when enjoying them! Haha
