The adult Kickboxing classes are held at Chelmsford City Martial Arts Centre, with a fully matted area, gloves and pads, plus plenty of bags as well as a small boxing ring upstairs.

Kickboxing classes are suitable for complete beginners to the more advanced. Jolie runs the classes based on the syllabus ​approved by BIKMA (British International Kickboxing Martial Arts) as well as designing the class around the students to make the most of their training, and if they wish, they can take part in the gradings that are held twice per year to be promoted through belt rankings and eventually gain their black belt.

Supervised sparring is often part of the class for those who wish to take part. It is not compulsory. 



Class times are every Wednesday 7-8pm

Price is £35 per month by standing order

Teens price is £30 per month by standing order
